New dust collector system for REON GROUP shredder in Knittelfeld 

In June 2024, Fritz Kuttin GmbH put a state-of-the-art and very powerful dust collector system into operation for the shredder at the Knittelfeld site.  

Fritz Kuttin GmbH has made a successful investment in the future thanks to an extensive modernisation of their shredder. The release of emissions has been reduced as far as possible through the use of a new and highly efficient dust collector system. Thus, another step has been taken towards improved environmental conditions. A target that the entire REON GROUP is pursuing with great commitment. 

According to information from experts at the Knittelfeld site, the new system also has the following further advantages:    

  • Improvement of material qualities 
  • Adherence to IPPC guidelines  
  • Securing the economic future of the site 

Conversion work on the office building at the Knittelfeld site is also already in progress. Watch this space for further information about this.
